Gold Country .277 Viper 150-Grain Soft-Point Hunting Bullets — Flat Base, 50 Count

Description

Keep a trusted .277 hunting rifle working in the 150-grain class

Some rifles earn confidence one range session and one season at a time. When that rifle has shown a preference for 150-grain bullets, an uneven bullet market should not force the handloader to abandon the weight or start the search from nothing.

We make this .277 Viper as the flat-base path through that problem: a 150-grain, exposed-lead soft-point spitzer with copper-jacketed lead-core construction. This is a box of 50 bullets, . It is made to order and normally fulfilled within seven business days.

Why the flat-base choice matters

The 150-grain Viper family is offered on separate pages so the buyer can choose base geometry deliberately. This listing is the flat-base version; the companion listing is the rebated-boat-tail version. The useful question is which construction fits the rifle, intended load and field purpose—not which label sounds more impressive.

Choose the neighboring path

Choose the companion 150-grain rebated-boat-tail Viper when that geometry better fits the intended load. Move to the 140-grain Viper when the project calls for a middle-weight soft-point choice.

Use an appropriate published load-data source and verify cartridge compatibility, dimensions, seating, twist, firearm condition and safe function. Accuracy and terminal behavior depend on the completed load, firearm, velocity, distance and impact conditions.
