Description
For the 7mm handloader who wants a 140-grain lead-tip hunting bullet with a flat base
The 140-grain class is a familiar place to begin when a 7mm rifle needs a useful hunting load without moving to an especially light or heavy bullet. This Viper gives that handloader an exposed lead-tip soft point, a Low Drag spitzer profile and a flat base. Those physical features define what the buyer is selecting.
Choose this Viper when you want the lead-tip construction and flat-base geometry in the finished load. If the same Viper family and weight are right but a rebated boat tail is part of the objective, choose the 140-grain Viper ULD RBT. Choose the Scorpion for an open tip or the Razorback for a serrated tip.
These bullets are hand swaged in small batches and made to order. This package contains 50 bullets and normally ships within seven business days.
This listing is for component bullets, not loaded ammunition. Cases, primers and powder are not included. Actual accuracy and terminal behavior depend on the completed load, firearm, impact velocity and target medium. Use reputable published data and verify the load in the specific rifle.
