7mm-08 139-Grain .284 Hunting and Target Bullets — Scorpion, 50 Count

Description

Choose the bullet design before developing the 7mm-08 load

A 7mm-08 handloader searching for a 139-grain hunting or target bullet needs more than a weight match. This offer is Our Scorpion: a .284-inch hollow/open-tip bullet with a flat base. Its precision-first design gives the range or hunting-rifle project a defined bullet to evaluate in the actual rifle.

The 7mm-08 decision

Start with the bullet’s actual nose and base geometry, then confirm seating, magazine and chamber fit in the intended 7mm-08 rifle. Develop and evaluate the completed load with current published data appropriate to the cartridge and bullet weight. If hunting is the end use, assess the finished rifle-and-load system for that use rather than assuming a result from the Scorpion name or grain weight.
