Athlon Rangecraft Velocity Pro | Doppler Radar Chronograph | 65–5000 FPS | Bluetooth App Enabled

There’s a moment every serious shooter reaches where assumptions stop being acceptable.

Where “book velocity” isn’t good enough.
Where barrel length, temperature, suppressors, and real-world load behavior demand measured truth, not estimates.

The Rangecraft Velocity Pro exists for that moment.

Unlike optical chronographs that require perfect alignment, sky screens, or a willing sacrifice to muzzle blast, this unit uses Doppler radar to quietly read velocity without ever touching the rifle. No bayonet mounts. No harmonic interference. No re-zeroing afterward.

Just data — clean, repeatable, and honest.

This is a chronograph built for shooters who care about what the round actually did, not what it was supposed to do.

Why Radar Matters (And Why It Changes Everything)

Traditional chronographs sit in front of the rifle and demand ideal conditions.

Radar doesn’t.

The Rangecraft Velocity Pro tracks the projectile itself — which means it works with:

Suppressors
Muzzle brakes
Compensators
Short barrels
Low-pressure loads
Subsonic and specialty projectiles

No blast trigger.
No guesswork.
No excuses.

If the projectile leaves the barrel, the Rangecraft can read it.

Built for the Modern Shooter’s Workflow

Velocity data is only useful if it integrates into your process.

That’s why Athlon paired the Rangecraft with Bluetooth connectivity and Athlon Ballistics Lite, allowing shooters to:

Capture velocity strings digitally
Export consistent data
Feed real numbers into ballistic solvers
Validate DOPE instead of trusting assumptions

This is the bridge between the firing line and the ballistic table.

Best Fit Applications

Precision rifle shooters validating real-world muzzle velocity
Reloaders tuning loads for ES / SD reduction
Suppressor users tired of chronographs that won’t trigger
Hunters confirming ethical velocity windows
Anyone who understands that velocity lies compound downrange
